The Seal Rock Residence

This residence is situated on ten hillside acres a few hundred yards up from the Pacific Ocean.  The property is halfway between Port Orford and Gold Beach, Oregon.  It is a three story, wood framed structure of approximately 11,600 S. F.  It has two guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a master bedroom suite with a master bath and its own 1,300 S. F. deck, a powder room, an oval shaped kitchen with professional grade appliances, an office, exercise room, home theater room, elaborate wine cellar and five fireplaces.  The residence features curved stone walls on the east side of the home and huge windows all along the south and west sides of the home to afford maximum views to the Pacific Ocean.  Hardwood floors run throughout most of the rooms.
