ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our team! If you have a strong understanding of design principles, technical drawing, and are passionate about creating accurate, high-quality blueprints, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
  • Review and modify drafts based on feedback and redlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Architectural/Engineering Draftsperson.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is a must; Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A good eye for what makes drawings read well.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design quality and project goals are met.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and codes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software, specifically AutoCAD (additional software proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
