ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Review and modify drafts based on feedback and redlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Architectural/Engineering Draftsperson.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is a must; Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good eye for what makes drawings read well.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design quality and project goals are met.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and codes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software, specifically AutoCAD (additional software proficiency is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
