ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our team! If you have a strong understanding of design principles, technical drawing, and are passionate about creating accurate, high-quality blueprints, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
Review and modify drafts based on feedback and redlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Architectural/Engineering Draftsperson.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is a must; Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are desirable).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A good eye for what makes drawings read well.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design quality and project goals are met.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and codes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural software, specifically AutoCAD (additional software proficiency is a plus).
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
