Smith River Rancheria Master Planning

Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. recently completed (in conjunction with Stover Engineering) a twenty year Master Plan for the Smith River Rancheria. The plan included a needs assessment, a twenty year plan, a five year prioritized plan, a zoning overlay for the Rancheria and preliminary plans for an interpretive center. The plan established objectives designed to meet the needs based upon economic, historical, social and cultural considerations and also addressed the infrastructure necessary to facilitate the objectives.
