Chandler Building

The Chandler Hotel, a five story 1908 Historic Register building located in downtown Coos Bay, Oregon, was given a complete renovation and restoration. The project involved converting the upper four floors of original hotel rooms into 33 one-bedroom apartment units. The main level was left for commercial use with space for apartment access and community room. This project also involved extensive exterior restoration and structural repairs to the building. Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. was instrumental in the process of listing this building on the National Register of Historic Places.
