A Master Plan for the orderly expansion and remodeling of the existing casino was necessary prior to the commencement of the casino expansion to maintain the on-going operations. Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. prepared the construction sequencing plan which met the casino operation’s needs and prepared the construction documents for the casino expansion. The Tribe’s historical building type and materials were expressed in the exterior design of the casino. The interior of the facility relates more closely with modern casino design with some interior theme elements. The addition adds approximately 30,000 S. F. to the 20,000 S. F. existing casino.
