Crescent City Fire Station

Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. was hired by the Crescent Fire Protection District to provide master planning services for their three acre site. The design of a new fire station was also involved in this project. The facility includes 1,600 S.F. of storage and shop space, 4,480 S.F. of office space, 4,480 S.F. of training facilities, three equipment bays with driveways and 15,360 S.F. of parking and landscaping. The bid price was $1,025,957. The final cost of this project was $1,068,226.
