Mill City, Oregon
Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. has completed a new park concessions building in Mill City that serves as the design prototype for future development within city parks. The building was built with a large amount of donated materials and labor and is now ready for the citizens of Mill City to use. Crow/Clay & Associates Inc. stayed in close contact with the City to provide any necessary design/construction support that was needed leading to an aesthetically pleasing structure that is functional, practical and cost effective for the City’s needs.
Also for Mill City, Crow/Clay’s Carl Bean, as part of The Community Center Pre-Design committee, led the architectural portion in community meetings for site selection, building design and cost estimates for a City Hall and Community Center
