SOUTHWESTERN OREGON COMMUNITY COLLEGE COALEDO AND RANDOLPH HALL SEISMIC UPGRADES

Crow/Clay & Associates designed seismic upgrades on both Randolph and Coaledo Halls. These wood and concrete frame structures required additional concrete shear walls, drag ties between beam ends and improvements to the roof diaphragms. The design and construction team worked with the Owner to maintain operations in Randolph Hall throughout construction. Randolph Hall houses the main computer system for the campus. Equipment and pipe bracing was critical in Coaledo Hall as it is a laboratory classroom facility. Both projects were completed on time and within budget.
